Completed in 2019, Aarons Way Cape Residence is an approximately 2,900-square-foot custom Cape Cod residence in Harwich, Massachusetts. Jeremy Gingras served as Project Manager for the family construction project, coordinating planning, procurement, construction activities, and hands-on work through completion.
His responsibilities extended from preconstruction planning and material coordination through site development, exterior improvements, interior finish work, and final project completion. The project combined construction management with direct field involvement, providing Jeremy with experience across both project leadership and hands-on residential construction.

Preconstruction Planning
Managed estimating, project planning, material procurement, scheduling, and design coordination to establish the construction approach before and throughout the build.
Site & Exterior Work
Coordinated and participated in site and exterior improvements including landscaping, retaining-wall construction, deck construction, irrigation, and property development.
Interior Construction
Hands-on construction involvement included hardwood flooring, interior trim, finish work, and coordination of residential systems and finishes.
Project Leadership
Managed planning, materials, construction coordination, design decisions, field activities, and project execution through completion.
